Meet Precious Joy Frasier

Precious Frasier is a community advocate, entrepreneur, and nonprofit founder dedicated to revitalizing Chicago's 28th Ward through innovation, accountability, and community investment. She believes neighborhoods flourish when residents have access to quality education, good-paying jobs, affordable housing, safe streets, and responsive city government.

For years, Precious has worked to develop bold solutions that transform underutilized public spaces into centers for education, workforce development, youth leadership, entrepreneurship, and family support. Her vision reflects a commitment to creating long-term opportunities that strengthen families and build lasting economic growth.

As a candidate for Alderman, Precious is focused on bringing transparent leadership to City Hall while ensuring every resident has a voice in shaping the future of the ward. She is running to deliver practical solutions, restore trust in local government, and help make the 28th Ward a place where every neighborhood can prosper.
